*An Inspirational Display of Gratitude and Unity*

In a heartwarming display of patriotism, students of Mazi Sainik Shikshan Ani Swasthya Kalyan Santha's Daffodils English Medium Chartitable School came together to celebrate Raksha Bandhan, the festival of sibling love and protection, with a unique twist. These young students decided to honor the real heroes of our nation by tying rakhis to the Indian soldiers.

The event took place at Naval and Air Force Unit in Kolshet on September 1st 2023. The students meticulously crafted colorful rakhis and adorned them with messages of appreciation and goodwill for the soldiers.

The initiative was spearheaded by the prinicpal of the school Mrs. Aarti Nitin Sawant with the help of Chief Patron Commodore Biman Mistry Sir (War Veteran Indian Navy)and Chairman M. Prasad sir (War veteran Indian Navy,). They believed that such an act of gratitude would not only bring joy to the soldiers but also instill a sense of patriotism and empathy in the young minds of her students.
Many of these brave soldiers had been away from their families for months, guarding the nation's borders and ensuring its security.

The students eagerly tied rakhis to the soldiers' wrists, and many shared emotional moments with these real-life heroes. Some students even presented hand-written cards expressing their heartfelt gratitude.

Soldiers shared their thoughts on the event, saying, "It's incredibly heartwarming to receive such love and respect from these young children."
The event not only touched the soldiers but also left a lasting impact on the students. It served as a powerful lesson on patriotism, unity, and the importance of acknowledging the sacrifices made by our armed forces.

As the day concluded, the students and soldiers exchanged smiles, stories, and salutes, creating memories that will be cherished for a lifetime. This celebration of Raksha Bandhan served as a reminder that our country's strength lies in its armed forces.

The students Arpita Singh and Prachi Chavan of 8th standard, Diksha Deshmukh, Amrapali Hire, Bhargavi Hire and Vaishnavi Shrikhande of 9th standard, Anushka Deshmukh and Ankita Singh of 10th standard have set an inspiring example, reminding us all that love and respect for our soldiers should not be confined to special occasions but should be a part of our everyday lives.

Mazi Sainik Shikshan ani Swastha Kalyan sanstha with Shabri seva samiti started Fashion designing classes.

Our first batch started from 7th December 2022, having 8 ladies. Their timing is 11am to 1 pm daily.

And 7th, 8th and 9th class girl students from Daffodils school have started the fashion designing course from 7th Dec. 2022 and their timing us 1 pm. To 1.30 pm (Monday, Tuesday and Friday in their regular school timing.

Students of 1st std to 10th std are participated in this competition.

The 4 members of Shabri Seva Samiti judged all the students and chose the best out of them.

This is our 75 th independence year, and to make this year worth it memorable, our nation is celebrating “ HAR GHAR TIRANGA” under which we are celebrating Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav.

Students of the 7th to 10th standard held a rally on 8th August 2022 from school to nearby village.

Students hold some slogans in their hands like "Har Ghar Tiranga", "Vande Mataram'", "Save Trees Save Environmental" etc... to awaken the people of that village about Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav.

Chairman M Prasad Sir (War Veteran Indian Navy) inaugurated the rally.

N.D. studio with Versatile Educaare System - Mumbai provided platform and opportunity for students to participate in India Book Of Records held on 1st May 2022.
We always try various platforms where our students can participate, learn something new and showcase their skills.
NDStudio provide one day 3 x 3 Cube Training to our students and provide the opportunity for our students to participate in the India Book Of Records held on 1st May 2022 at ND Studio, Karjat.

Our students as well as a school have received a Certificate of participation from N. D. Studio.

The shower of monsoon brings with its various religious festivals in a row and Ashadhi Ekadashi stands first in the row. The four months from Ashadh to Kartik are very important in Hindu religion.
It is said that children learn from their experiences and observations so we celebrate various festivals to give them real life experiences. The very first festival of the year that we celebrated was “Ashadhi Ekadashi”. Our cute little kids right from Pre-primary to 10th standard Participated in this celebration. The children came to school dressed up as Vitthal Rukmini, little warkaris carrying cymbals in their hands and wearing rosary around their neck. Girls wore a nine-yard sari. The school premises were full of these little warkaris. Older students carried a small attractive palkhi decorated with flowers and photos of Lord Vitthal and with padukas in it followed by all little warkaris.

All the participants gathered at the entrance of the school and made a big round which is called as “Ringan”. They all sang Lord Vithal’s aarti along with our school dignitaries (Principal, Teachers &Administrator). The procession also gave the messages such as “Save Water” ,”Save Trees” .The school premises was not as usual, but turned into a mini Pandharpur ,on the day of Ashadhi Ekadashi celebration.
