TechFlare 2025 was successfully conducted at BVEC on 16th October 2025, organized under
Institution’s Innovation Council - BVEC with the active participation of all major technical clubs. The event attracted students from BVEC, nearby colleges, and even schools, contributing to an energetic and diverse environment.

The event featured the following activities under the IIC banner:
• Buildathon (Hackathon) – by Code Club BVEC
• Startup Pitch – by E-Cell BVEC
• ScienceFlare – by Robotronix BVEC
• CAD Design Challenge – by Design Club BVEC

A day full of creativity, innovation, demonstrations, and active learning — TechFlare 2025 marked another milestone in BVEC’s innovation ecosystem.

Highlights from the Internal Hackathon – Smart India Hackathon 2025

Barak Valley Engineering College Office successfully organized the Internal Round of Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2025, where our talented students presented their innovative solutions to real-world problem statements. This round acted as the gateway to represent BVEC at the national stage of SIH 2025, one of the world’s largest open innovation platforms.

The event was conducted under the guidance of the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC-BVEC) and in line with the vision of the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell (MIC), AICTE, and the Government of India to foster innovation, problem-solving, and entrepreneurship among students.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the participants for their dedication, the mentors for their constant guidance, and the coordinators for their efforts in making this event a success.

Code Club has been helping build a student community that encourages young minds to ideate, innovate, and implement for a Smarter India.
