Fire Safety Awareness Campaign & Mock Drill

Today, Holy Children Senior Secondary School, Patharkandi, successfully hosted a Fire Safety Awareness Campaign and Mock Drill organized by the Fire & Emergency Services, Assam.

The team conducted an informative session on the causes of fire, fire prevention, and emergency response. Students and staff received hands-on training on the proper use of fire extinguishers, safe evacuation procedures, and basic rescue techniques, including how to carry an injured person during emergencies.

This practical training enhanced awareness, preparedness, and confidence in handling emergency situations. We sincerely thank the Fire & Emergency Services, Assam for their valuable guidance and dedication to promoting a culture of safety.

During today’s morning assembly, we had the privilege of felicitating our talented alumna, Rima Deb, and her father for her remarkable achievement of securing 1st position in the State-Level Rabindra Nritya Competition organized by the Linguistic Development Board, Government of Assam.
