Mutahhary Educational Society felicitates NEET/ JEE qualifiers and 10th school toppers:
To appreciate the excellent performance of Mutahhary Alumni in the recently declared NEET results, Mutahhary Educational Society held a felicitation program at MPS High School Kurbathang Kargil. This year three students from the school qualified NEET and two other students cracked JEE Advance and mains respectively.
Those who qualified NEET are Muntazir Mehdi, Shazia Batool and Haseena Banoo. While Nazia Batool, Mohd M***a and Bahauddin cracked JEE in their first attempt. Besides this MES also felicitated top five students of the school who secured distinction in the recently declared Secondary Examination conducted by JKBOSE.
The NEET qualified students expressed thanks to the management and teachers for guiding all the time during their schooling in MPS. All the three addressed to the students and delivered inspiring speeches and gave tips for preparing for competitive exams.
Chairman MES congratulated the students for qualifying the NEET and JEE exams respectively. He also lauded the untiring efforts and dedication of teachers for guiding the students towards all round development.The chairman assured all possible support to the students in future time as well. He highlighted the necessary measures being taken for the educational development of the institution.
Vice Chairman MES,Organiser MES, Incharge Principal and other staff members were also present during the event.

Mutahhary Public School, Kurbathang shines bright in Department of Youth Services and Sports Inter-Zonal Level School Competitions for U14 and U17 boys and girls Categories.
MPS Kurbathang is delighted to announce its exceptional achievements in the recently concluded Inter-Zonal Level School Competitions organized by the Department of Youth Services and Sports. The school's talented students participated with great enthusiasm and dedication, earning numerous awards and certificates. Our Girls Volleyball team under 17 (winner) and athelete recieved awards and certificates from Joint Director Information Shri Imteeaz Kacho.
The young athletes from Mutahhary Public School Kurbathang showcased their exceptional skills, sportsmanship, and determination throughout the competitions. Their remarkable performances in various disciplines impressed the audience, fellow participants, and the esteemed panel of judges.

Mutahhary Public School, Kurbathang organized an awareness event on `Adolescent ‘ during the event it was said that the physiological changes that occurs during adolescence stage have ramifications in the psychological and social aspects of an adult’s life. Most adolescents deal with these changes without full knowledge and understanding, which could make them vulnerable to risky situations like drug and substance abuse.
Main themes covered during the Adolescent awareness are:
1. Life Skills and Personal development
2. Health, Hygiene and Nutrients
3. Social awareness
4. Self defence
Apart from that MPS, Kurbathang organized a painting competition, the students from various classes as well as teacher expressed their creativity through their diverse drawings and paintings.
Besides teachers around 320 students participated from nearly 11 classes.

Shaheed Ayatollah Murtaza Mutahhary was celebrated with great fervour and exuberance at Mutahhary Public School (HD), Kurbathang.
The day marks the assassination anniversary of Ayatollah Murtaza Mutahhary. He was a scholar, philosopher, lecturer and one of the architects of the Islamic Republic. The programme was started by the recitation of Holy Quraan by Mohd. Murtaza. H.I. Sheikh Akbar Ali Villayati welcomed the chief guest and guest of honour in his brief speech and quoted that Ayatollah Murtaza Mutahhary was one of the most prominent intellectual and cultural figures of modern time. With a very high command of Islamic teachings, he met the myriads of the needs of the present generation. Having novel ideas, creative thoughts, and a proper understanding of Islam, Ayatollah Mutahhary played an important role in the enlightenment of enthusiasts especially teachers and academics.
Chief Guest H.I. Sheikh Hussain Lutfi Principal Jamia Imam Khomeini, he quoted that Shaheed Mutahhary was one of the main axes of coordination among ulema and university professors during the exile of Imam Khomeini (r.a.). He has always been regarded as a very knowledgeable expert of Islam and a powerful philosopher who was aware of the conditions of the time. Worldwide teaching is the most influential job. Teachers are known to shape the mind of youth as without knowledge no one can exist in this world. Teachers are capable of imparting good values to children and turn them into responsible citizens. Teachers are the architect of society and without them, no society can walk in the path of progression. Teaching is an art and a teacher is an artist.
Guest of honour H.I. Sheikh Abdul Hameed Nasiri Principal Jamiatul Zahra quoted that The awareness of the young generation was an important aim of Mutahhary and he has written so many books for them, including “Dastan-e Rastan”.
Mr. Idrees Ali, school teacher MPS said that Shaheed Mutahhary served in Tehran University as the head of the Department of Theology and Islamic Teachings. Teachers’ Day is a special day to pay tribute to teachers and appreciate their efforts which include celebrations to honor them for their special contributions to educating the younger generation. Tarana was recited by group of students in melodious voice. Vote of thanks was given by school principal Dr. Niyaz Ali.
The programme was concluded by dua-e-khair by H.I. Sheikh Hamid Nasiri and MES tune by school children and all MPS faculty.

Mutahhary Public school organized a plantation drive as part of activity under the guidance of Physical Education Teacher Mr Mohd. Ali and Mr Mohd. Younus. Apart from that all the teachers including Principal Dr Niyaz Ali jointly organised the brainstorming session on Empowering the children to assimilate ideas for enhancing the avenues of empowering young children of school in the current research ecosystem. The event was held at the ICT Hall. The discussions were held in two sessions corresponding to four major topics concerning research and education, i.e. outcomes critical for 21st century; transferable skills; Global Competences ; Socio- Emotional Factors. It was done under the guidance of Mrs Shehnaz Fatima, Mr Ashiq Hussain, and principal itself.

As per the direction of Director School Education Ladakh, Mutahhary Public School Kurbathang organised various programs to create awareness amongst students regarding work and procedures of G20 Council, its objectives and structure etc.
The children were given the task of making flags of all the G20 Countries. School Principal Dr Niyaz Ali appreciated the efforts done by children and teachers and guidedthe event.
Additionally, he said it will put an emphasis on developing capacities, encouraging lifelong learning in the context of the future of work, advancing research, and encouraging innovation through richer cooperation and partnerships.

As under National Education Policy NEP-2020, class-wise TLM is to be created in each class with the aim of project and concept based, joyful learning and critical thinking for making the classroom environment enjoyable.
Teaching Learning Material (TLM) events were organised on the openings of school at Mutahhary Public School Kurbathang. The school-level TLM events were held in all the classes including 10th. All the students participated and showcased their talent in the event.
At the outset, Dr. Niyaz Ali school principal congratulated the whole teaching fraternity for the remarkable event by the school children and teachers.
Children witnessed that they could be more creative in every aspect and showed the inner art within them.
