Annual Sports Week 2026 concluded successfully on 10th February with a grand Prize Distribution Ceremony. Honoured by our Chief Guest, Mr. Prosanto Engti (President, KSA Hamren Regional Committee) and Guest of Honour, Mr. Provenson Bey (General Secretary, KSA Hamren Regional Committee). 🏆✨

On 7th of February 2026, R.C.S.U proudly organised the Cultural Rally for the 43rd Annual College Week.......

On 9th November 2025, we, the Rangsina College Students’ Union, successfully organized a splendid and memorable event — the 42nd Social Freshers’ Meet-cum-Farewell Programme.

The entire programme proceeded smoothly and effectively. The Chief Guest of the occasion was Dr. Tuliram Ronghang, the Chief Executive Member (CEM) of the Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC), Diphu.
The Guests of Honour were Sir, Amarsing Tisso MP , Sir, Mongolsing Timung (EM, KAAC, Diphu), and Sir, Prosanto Engti (President, KSA Hamren Regional Committee).

We were also honoured to have Sir, Humson Teron (Debating Secretary, KSA Hamren Regional Committee) and Sir, Rajive Kro (President, KSA Kheroni Head Branch) as special invitees.
Many organizations, social workers, and eminent personalities attended this wonderful occasion, making it a resounding success.
The address delivered by our Chief Guest was truly inspiring and motivational. He spoke about the ongoing and forthcoming development projects for Rangsina College, Dongkamukam (West Karbi Anglong), which included:
1. Development of the playground
2. Renovation of the roof and toilet facilities
3. Establishment of a boys’ common room
4. Establishment of a girls’ common room
5. Construction of a Students’ Union office
6. Building of an auditorium hall
He informed us that the official work for these projects is already 90% completed, and the remaining tasks will be finalized soon.
We also submitted a new memorandum outlining our requests and his assurances, which included:
1. Introduction of Science and Commerce streams in Rangsina College, Dongkamukam (West Karbi Anglong)
2. Implementation of an educational tour programme
We earnestly hope that all the points mentioned in our memorandum will be fulfilled during the tenure of the present CEM.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Tuliram Ronghang for his valuable time, encouraging words, and constant support. Thank you, sir, for honouring our college with your gracious presence .

Yesterday, we met Sir, Sarsing Phangcho, the Chairman of the Jengkha Municipal Board. We handed him an invitation letter for the upcoming Freshers’ Meet-cum-Farewell Programme scheduled for 9th November 2025. He has confirmed his presence for the occasion.

Today, we, the Rangsina College Students’ Union paid a visit to Sir, John Teron, the newly appointed I/c of Dongkamukam Outpost. We had the honor of felicitating him with the traditional Karbi Poho and presenting a formal invitation for the upcoming Freshers’ and Farewell Function scheduled on 9th November 2025 at Rangsina College. He kindly accepted our invitation and assured us that he would grace the occasion with his presence.

The Governing Body has officially resolved to extend the tenure of the R.C.S.U.(Union Body) two more years , effective from the 2025 - 2026 session onwards.
