We are strongly disappointed over the alleged conduct of misbehavior to a journalist named Mr. Bidaram Engleng who's also a member of Socheng Youth Forum (S*F) by 20 No. Boithalangso MLA Mr.Rupsing Teron , we strongly condemned Mr. MLA for his immoral and unruly behavior to have manhandled and shoving off the victim Mr. Bidaram Engleng when he was visiting the MLA residence this morning. Such act of rowdyism from a public representative is totally unacceptable and a disgrace to every legislators, Mr. Rupsing Teron should immediately made his public apology if he still have some moral senses. We also demand the Honb'le CM Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma to take stringent action against such tainted MLA.
