i was running around school plenty of times with 2 hrs wait time each visit for simple task of our family name inclusion in their records. Office staff are working at their comfort zone and their response is disgusting and irritating above their wait/turn around time where in improvement is required. we do not have enough time to sit for a day to such tasks and the parents requirement and urgency needs to addressed on time.
