Siddhartha College of Teacher Education, Manjalumoodu celebrated Pongal on 08.01.2025 with great enthusiasm and participation. Students prepared pongal in decorated clay pots, created intricate rangoli designs, and performed folk dances, Bharatanatyam, and songs, showcasing their creativity and talent. The celebration strengthened community bonds and emphasized gratitude towards nature, fostering a deeper appreciation for the natural world.

Siddhartha College of Teacher Education celebrated Christmas with great fervor, commemorating the birth of Jesus Christ. The festivities showcased the students' creativity through vibrant performances, including dances, songs, and skits, promoting inclusivity, unity, and the festive spirit.

The celebration included a cake-cutting ceremony led by the chairman and trustee, highlighting the joy and togetherness of the season. Students dressed up as Santa Claus, adding to the visual excitement.

The event created a joyful atmosphere, spreading cheer and positivity, and served as a reminder of the values of love, compassion, and unity.

The Management, Principal, Staff, and Students proudly congratulate Annie G, ME Power Electronics, and Mrs. Benisha Gracelin E.S., AP, Department of EEE, for their outstanding achievement. Annie’s innovative project, titled "A High-Performance Design and Simulation of a PFC-based CUK Converter for High-Speed Battery Charging of Electric Vehicles", has been selected by the Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology under the Students Project Scheme 2023-2024. Mrs. Benisha Gracelin E S was the mentor of this project.

We are delighted to announce the overwhelming success of TECHXPLORE 2K24, the National Level Technical Symposium held today at Narayanaguru College of Engineering. The event was presided over by Mr. Balaji Sidharth, Chairman, and Mrs. Anuja Balaji S.B., Managing Trustee, of the Narayanaguru Group of Institutions. We were honored to have Dr. M. Xavier, Retd. Deputy Director of LPSC, ISRO, Trivandrum, as the Chief Guest, along with our Principal, Dr. M. Sivapragash.

With over 250 participants, the symposium featured a range of exciting events, including paper presentations, a tech expo, a technical quiz, and non-technical events, showcasing the creativity and technical prowess of students. Cash prizes were awarded for the best paper and best project, recognizing the outstanding contributions of the participants.

A huge congratulations to all the winners, and heartfelt thanks to everyone who made this event a grand success!

Siddhartha College of Teacher Education hosted a phonetics workshop, organized by Mr Mahesh, Project Manager at MD Kaattaala Academy. This interactive session aimed to enhance student's language skills, enabling them to understand and communicate effectively. The phonetics approach highlighted language sounds, dialectal variations, and accurate pronunciation. Participants praised the workshop for its informative and practical content, equipping future educators with essential skills to excel in their teaching careers.

Onam Celebration "Thimirthonam 2k24" at Narayanaguru College of Engineering on 12th September 2024

NGCE marked the festive occasion of Onam with colorful cultural performances, including traditional Thiruvathira dances, a beautifully crafted Pookkalam, and lively games like Vadamvali (tug-of-war) and Uriyadi. The celebration brought students and staff together in a joyful atmosphere, highlighted by the grand Onam Sadhya, a traditional feast served on banana leaves. It was a day filled with unity, cultural pride, and happiness, making the Onam celebration a memorable event for the entire NGCE community.

A workshop on embroidery was conducted at Siddhartha College of Teacher Education organised by Mrs.Anusha and Mrs.Savitha. It is a craftwork of decorating fabric or other materials by using needle and thread or yarn.It can also assimilate other materials such as pearls,beads,sequins etc.It enhances creativity,boosts confidence,reduce feelings of stress,boosts cognitive skills,create something beautiful and share the happiness. education

An awareness programme on Dental Health was conducted at Siddhartha College of Teacher Education. Organised by Dr.Roshni and her Interns ,senior lecturer department of Public Health Dentistry. It was a very informative session regarding oral hygiene tips and practices to maintain good oral health which is indispensable for overall health and well being.
