We’re Hiring: HR Executive – Trainer Recruitment

Location: Kanpur | Type: Full-Time, Onsite | Experience: 5–7 Years

IKIGAI School of AI is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive (Female preferred) to manage end-to-end recruitment of contractual trainers across advanced and emerging technology domains.
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment for contractual trainer roles
• Strategic sourcing and urgent/bulk hiring
• Screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination
• Offer agreements, contracts, and onboarding support
• Vendor and freelance trainer coordination and negotiation
• Managing trainer manpower across technologies
• Creating recruitment content for social platforms
• Using ChatGPT and AI tools for recruitment communication
• Maintaining trainer databases
Training Domains:
Data Science, DSA, Data Analytics, Full Stack, Cyber Security, Generative AI, AI, ML, C/C++, and emerging technologies
Requirements:
• 5–7 years of experience in HR recruitment/trainer hiring
• Strong sourcing and hiring strategy skills
• Ability to work under urgent and high-pressure requirements
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in social media content creation
• Hands-on exposure to ChatGPT/AI tools
• Understanding of technical domains
