🏗️ **SMALL IMPROVEMENTS. STRONGER STRUCTURES. BIGGER POSSIBILITIES.**

Every great structure begins with an idea. Every great engineer learns how to turn that idea into reality.

As part of **Vision LaunchPad – Build Ladder**, our students Harsh*ta, Shivani Sahu, Rahul, Himanshu, Praveen, and Aditya took on the challenge of building a 4-foot structure using waste materials.

With the guidance of **Sharmila Devi Maurya Ma’am and Divya Shukla Ma’am**, they worked collaboratively to strengthen the base, reduce sway, and improve the structure’s stability and resistance to shear.

This was more than a construction activity. It was an opportunity to identify challenges, test ideas, improve designs, and learn through hands-on experience.

At Vision, we believe that engineering is not just about knowing the concepts — it’s about applying them, solving problems, and making progress visible.

The vibe was electric as we welcomed RJ Raghu Raftaar awho made the event super fun and engaging. 🌟

Our students got a golden stage to showcase their talent in the Open Mic—with soulful singing 🎶, energetic dancing 💃🕺, and many amazing performances that lit up the atmosphere.
The biggest highlight—✨ 3 of our students were selected by Red FM 93.5 for their incredible performances! 🎉👏

Vision Group Celebrated Vishwakarma Jayanti with great enthusiasm, performing Vishwakarma Puja in honor of Lord Vishwakarma, the divine craftsman, architect, and engineer of the Gods, and the creator of the universe’s tools and machines.

The ceremony was held in the college workshop, which was beautifully decorated with flowers. Faculty, students, and staff gathered to pay tribute to Lord Vishwakarma as a priest led traditional prayers, seeking blessings for prosperity and success. Tools and machinery were ceremonially offered during the puja, symbolizing respect for craftsmanship and technical expertise, both essential to academic and professional growth.
