This post is regarding an educational Awareness that we are conducting for students in Over Call / Video Call. If you want to go ahead with the session, we will be Arranging an Educational counselor's Call who will be interacting with the student as well as with both the parents regarding the academic performance of the child.

The session is divided into four major phases:

Phase 1:

If the child is facing problem in any particular subject or topic, he/she can discuss about it with the counselor so that the counsellor is able to guide the child in understanding the ways to grasp concepts and visualizing the diagram related topics. Also the counsellor briefs the parents on general issues faced by the students (age and academic issues).
Phase 2:

Counsellor will be having one on one interaction with the Parent and Child where in some basics questions will be asked to check the logical reasoning skills as well as the subjective knowledge in order to analyze the weakness & strength of the student.
The counselor will suggest a study pattern for the student so that he/she is able to understand the concepts and complete the syllabus on time.
Phase 3:

As parents if you feel that your ward is facing some other academic issues ( i.e. lack of focus, disinterest in a subject/topic, etc.), you can discuss about it with the counsellor. He will suggest you with some tricks/tips to motivate the child in building a habit of self learning and in making him/her independent when it comes to academics.
You do not need to come anywhere to attend BYJU's Educational Counselling Session. The session will be conducted Over telephonic /Video Call Looking at Health During Corona OutBreak.
The session will be of 30-45 minutes. But our counselor is ready to give the student and parents as much time as they want to have a discussion regarding the academics of the student.
The session is non chargeable. But if you feel that your child requires extra attention or some courses, our counsellor will suggest you with the best suitable course available with us for your child.
Phase 4:
If you think suggested course is suitable for your kid, you can take benefits of SPECIAL BYJU'S SCHOLARSHIP, which would be 40% to 60% of normal enrollment fees of BYJU'S (you can check our regular prizes on BYJU'S website as well as on AMAZON)
In special case, we might offer you 0% intrest EMI options with nominal registration ammount.

Basic requirements
In India non-profit organizations can be registered as trusts, societies, or a private limited company, under Section-25 company. Non-profit organizations are always self-governed by a 'board of trustees' or 'managing committee' comprising individuals who generally serve in a fiduciary capacity.
In order to register such an organization, the basic requirements include
A registration form, that is available without charge at the district registrar's office
A memorandum of association and rules and regulations of the organization
Consent letters of all the members of the managing committee. A minimum of seven members comprise a managing committee
Authority letter duly signed by all the members of the managing committee
Copy of rules and regulations certified to be a correct copy of original rules and regulations by at least three managing committee members
A declaration by the members of the managing committee that the funds of the society will be used only for the purpose of furthering the aims and objects of the society
In case any government servant holds elective office, previous sanction of the government (concerned minister) is needed

Registration procedure
All the documents mentioned above are required to be submitted in duplicate, together with the required registration fee. Except for mahila mandals, registration fee for all NGOs is Rs 50. Mahila mandals are required to pay a registration fee of Rs 10.
Upon receiving the set of documents, the registrar's office issues a certificate to the society once the verification procedure is complete. While filing the registration papers, it is important to bear in mind that a society by the same name is not already registered in the state.
