On the auspicious occasion of Geeta Jayanti on 11th December, 2024, the students of Florets International School celebrated the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita with great enthusiasm and devotion. Forming a human chain in a Semi-circle, they beautifully symbolized unity and harmony. At the centre of this vibrant gathering, a student enacted Lord Shri Krishna, imparting the sacred Geeta Updesh to Arjun , inspiring all to embrace righteousness (Dharma), selfless action (Karma), and inner peace.
This heartfelt tribute reminds us of the eternal relevance of the Bhagavad Gita’s teachings in guiding our lives towards truth, duty, and spiritual growth.

Florets International School celebrated Diwali with great enthusiasm and joy on 29th October 2024. The event began with a special assembly by Class 11 students, who shared the significance of Diwali, followed by a delightful group dance by Kindergarten students and an energetic dance performance by the students of Classes 4 to 8.
Students across the school participated in various festive activities: Classes 1 to 5 decorated Diyas, Classes 6 to 8 competed in an Inter-house Bandhanwar-Making Competition, while Classes 9 to 12 girls created beautiful rangoli designs, and the boys crafted intricate lanterns. The celebration beautifully reflected the spirit of Diwali, bringing together creativity, culture, and festivity.
The entire event highlighted the school's spirit of unity, creativity, and respect for cultural traditions, making this Diwali celebration truly memorable.

During the session, age-appropriate videos were shown to the children, illustrating scenarios in a simple and sensitive manner. The videos helped the students grasp the difference between good touches, like a hug from a family member, and bad touches, which might make them feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
Teachers engaged with the students in discussions afterward, explaining the concepts in a way that was easy for them to understand. They emphasized the importance of trusting their feelings and always speaking up if something doesn’t feel right. On August 23rd, Honda Company conducted an educational campaign at FLORETS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, focusing on safety at roads. The campaign included a seminar for students of classes 9 to 12, where they were educated about traffic rules through a presentation. Following the seminar, a quiz on traffic rules was held to reinforce the students' learning.
For the younger students, from classes 1st to 8th, interactive activities, including puzzles and games were organised, to help them understand traffic signs and rule. To make the event more engaging, small prizes were awarded to students, adding an element of fun to the learning experience.
