IITK MUN IITK MUN is organized annually as a part of the Inter-college cultural festival of, Antaragni. The 8th Edition will be organized from 6-8 October'17.

Model United Nations is an ergonomically simulated adaptation of the United Nations,that aims to educate participants about current events, topics in international relations, diplomacy and the United Nations agenda. The participants role-play as diplomats representing a nation in a simulated session of an organ (committee) of the United Nations, such as the Security Council or the General Assembly

and investigate international issues, debate, deliberate, consult, and then develop solutions to world problems.The participants get an opportunity to develop and enhance various faculties of their personalities such as public speaking, group communication, research, policy analysis, active listening, negotiating, conflict resolution, note taking, and technical writing.
