Money Around the Map: A Global Currency Quest is an engaging international activity that helped students explore the journey of money from the barter system to modern currency. Through videos, mock barter activities, creative currency design, poetry, and currency comparison tasks, students gained a deeper understanding of trade, culture, and economics.
This enriching project was conducted in collaboration with partner schools from Nepal, along with India, Sri Lanka, Uganda, and the UAE, fostering cross-cultural learning and global awareness. The activity culminated in a vibrant Currency Exhibition, where students showcased their learning with confidence and creativity.

This was not just a festival β it was a **student-led exploration of the world through play**.
Our learners researched, compared, designed, and reinvented traditional games from **India, Sri Lanka, South Korea, and Nepal**, understanding their rules, origins, and cultural value. From creating game boards and jerseys to inventing new games, students demonstrated creativity, teamwork, and confident thinking.
The celebration concluded with **βPlay Without Borders Day,β** where students represented cultures, collaborated in teams, and celebrated diversity through joyful play.
Aligned with **SDG 3, SDG 4, and SDG 17**, this hands-on project truly brought **21st-century learning** to life.
Because when children lead their learning, the world becomes their playground.

We successfully completed our 3rd project β Festivals through Ages: A Global Journey in collaboration with our partner school Swati Sadan School, Nepal. Through presentations, storytelling, creative activities, traditional attire, and cultural exchanges, students explored festivals, foods, symbols, and customs from India, Sri Lanka, South Korea, and Nepal, celebrating diversity and global togetherness.

As part of the RIDS Collaborative Learning Program, NLKites and the students of Swaati Sadan School, Nepal participated in an engaging Show and Tell Activity. The session aimed to enhance studentsβ confidence, communication skills, and global peer interaction.
Children enthusiastically spoke about their favourite animals, sharing interesting facts, characteristics, and why they love them. The activity not only strengthened their vocabulary and public-speaking skills but also encouraged expression, curiosity, and cross-cultural learning.
The collaboration created a joyful environment where students from both countries learned, appreciated diverse perspectives, and celebrated their love for animals together.

Our young explorers went on an exciting Animal Safari as part of the RIDS Project β Exploring the Animal Kingdom. From a fun brainstorming session on animals to a creative mask-making activity, the children learned through imagination and play. ππΎ They also watched Finding Nemo to explore marine life and viewed presentations on India, Nepal, Kenya, and Australia, discovering how animals live across different regions of the world. πβ¨
