Job Description
Spark E Solutions Pvt Ltd is one of the most progressive International Call Center in Uttar Pradesh, India. We undertake Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) projects in Voice based process.

We are looking candidates at Executive / Sr. Executive level for following vertical:

INTERNATIONAL PROCESS:
•Outbound Customer Service
* Making outbound calls to UK consumers for various services.
* Following up with customers who show interest in services to close the files or to take further information.
* Managing list of interested customers to follow up in future or at requested call back time.
Salary: 7,500 per month to 16,000 per month + Incentives+Bonus.

Desired Candidate Profile:
-Graduates & Undergraduates can also apply.
- Freshers can apply(Good communication skills)
- Experience in an international voice process will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Should be comfortable with UK shift.
