Brahmanand College, Kanpur was established in the year 1961 by Kanyakubja Education Trust. Initially, it was known as 'Kanyakubja College' which was later renamed as Brahmanad College in the memory of its founder Pt. Brahmanand Mishra in the year 1968. Presently, the college consists the faculties of Science, Law & Commerce. Starting with just 49 Students, today the college is providing education

ब्रह्मानंद कॉलेज कानपुर नगर परिवार की ओर से जिलाधिकारी डॉ0 ब्रह्मदेव राम तिवारी महोदय को सहायता राशि का चेक हमारे महाविद्यालय के प्राचार्य आदरणीय डॉ0 विवेक द्विवेदी जी द्वारा दिया गया। जिसमें शिक्षकों एवं कर्मचारियों द्वारा एक दिन का वेतन मुख्यमंत्री रिलीफ फंड में 2,78,100 लाख रुपये का, शिक्षकों द्वारा सहयोग पीएम रिलीफ फंड 1,25,000 लाख रुपये का , मा0 प्रबंधक जी द्वारा महाविद्यालय की तरफ से सदभावना समिति कलेक्ट्रेट को 1,00,000 लाख रुपये का, कुल 5, लाख 31 हजार रुपये की सहायता राशि का चेक जिलाधिकारी महोदय को डॉ विवेक द्विवेदी जी द्वारा दिया गया।
