Happy World Health Day!At [Preschool Name], we’re growing healthy minds, happy hearts, and kind hands! This World Health Day, our little learners explored what it means to be healthy—not just for ourselves, but for our world too.We had fun learning about: • Eating fruits and veggies to keep our bodies strong • Washing hands and staying clean • Dancing and moving to keep our hearts happy • Sleeping well to rest and grow • Caring for animals by being gentle and kind • Watering plants and keeping our garden green • Keeping our surroundings clean to protect the EarthOur children planted tiny seeds, fed the class pets, and talked about why trees, birds, and clean air help everyone stay healthy. Because when we take care of nature, nature takes care of us!Let’s keep spreading healthy habits at school and home—for ourselves, our furry friends, and our planet.
