This is the second branch by the name Arshi Public Education Centre was established in the year 1998.This was the beginning of the ladder of success, fulfillment .Every cloud has a silver lining , and after the completion of this building she was applauded by her own hostilities.

The foundation of Arshi Girls Inter College was laid down by Mrs Najma Jaffry in the year 1972. Her dedication towards the Education was unimaginable.Despite of the challenges faced as a girl, she never herself left to be broken. Later on , by the joint efforts of Mohd Mustafa Khan she managed to make mountain out of a single pebble. Her contribution is reaching the flames in the city of Kanpur with its three branches by the year 2023
