Today, 9th May, our school celebrated *Mother’s Day* to honor all mothers. Mothers took part in non-fire cooking and enjoyed fun games arranged specially for them. Winner moms were felicitated for their talent and enthusiasm. It was a day full of love and gratitude.

Today we remember *Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore* — a great poet, philosopher, artist, and educationist. He was the *first non-European to receive the Nobel Prize* in Literature in 1913.

From _Jana Gana Mana_, India’s National Anthem, to _Amar Sonar Bangla_, the National Anthem of Bangladesh, and his masterpiece _Gitanjali_, Tagore showcased the true value of education, creativity, and universal brotherhood.

Let us honor his legacy by nurturing free thought, art, and compassion in our children.

To enhance vocabulary, pronunciation, and confidence among students, our school organized a *Spell Bee Competition for grade 1 and 2 .The competition was conducted in 4 rounds including oral spelling, word meanings, and jumbled words.

The event not only tested their spelling skills but also helped develop stage confidence and healthy competitive spirit.

Winners were felicitated with certificates in the morning assembly by the Principal.
The competition motivated students to enrich their language skills.

[2] students were vaccinated T/D by government authorities under Government Vaccination campaign.

Tie and dye @ Kaushal Bodh@ project under mandatory skill-based education initiative introduced by cbse @ it emphasizes experiential learning (head, heart, hands) over rote learning.@ Students have tobcomplete their projects from three key areas: Living Things, Materials & Machines, and Human Service ,@ to improve problem-solving , and to increase confidence through projects across grades 6 to 8 @ Focusing Practical skill development, dignity of labor, and career awareness .

Story Writing Competition

Story Writing Competition was organized for students of *Grades 6 to 9* to develop writing skills and encourage creative thinking.

Students participated with great enthusiasm and penned imaginative stories on diverse themes. The entries were judged on creativity, language, plot, and originality.

*Winners were felicitated* in the school assembly and awarded certificates to recognize their talent and effort.

We congratulate all the participants and winners.

Our school celebrated Earth Day on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 to spread awareness about protecting our planet, Mother Earth.

Activities Conducted:
-Special Assembly Students presented a speech, took the Earth Day pledge, and performed a skit on _Reduce, Reuse, Recycle_
Creative Corner Drawing and colouring activities for students on the theme “Save Earth”
-Best Out of Waste items made from waste material was displayed in the school

The celebration reminded us that every small step counts towards a healthier planet. Let’s come together to learn, act, and inspire.
