Axis Colleges organized an Industrial Visit to Kay Plast Product Pvt. Ltd., a renowned manufacturer in plastic industry located at Sachendi, Kanpur for its Department of Mechanical Engineering students. The visit was organized as a part of its academic curriculum to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and practical application.

The visit session began with a brief presentation about the history, vision and operations of Kay Plast. Through the visit the students learned that the company specializes in the production of high quality plastics component used in variety of sectors such as automotive, electronics, consumer goods and packaging.

The factory tour was insightful. Here students observed various stages of plastic manufacturing including: Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding, Quality Control and Testing , Packaging and Dispatch. The use of advanced machinery and automation production was particularly impressive. The staff also explained the sustainability and how the Kay Plastics is adopting ecofriendly practices like recycling plastic waste and reducing carbon emissions

Overall, the visit to Kay Plast was a valuable learning experience that provided practical insights into plastic manufacturing process and the working of modern unit.

Axis Colleges proudly organized an industrial visit for its Diploma-Engineering students to Amul Banas Dairy Plant, one of India’s leading dairy cooperatives.

The objective of this visit was to provide students with practical exposure to the functioning of a large-scale dairy industry and to enhance their understanding of production processes, and quality control mechanisms.

During the visit, the students observed various stages of milk processing and packaging, while also gaining insights into the cooperative model of Amul - Banas Dairy Plant. It was an insightful and enriching experience for the students of Diploma program.
