SnipNest, the quiz based on C programming was a wonderful event. It helped us recall the basics. Some question were tad bit difficult and needed a good command in programming, but the others could be solved using basic programming skill. In a nutshell, it was a great event to refresh our basic concepts.

What is a snippet?
A snippet is a programming term for a reusable source code, machine code or text which often contains one or more functions written in C, Java or any other programming languages.

About the competition
If you have just started coding, have a good command in C, then try solving these challenging questions to win exclusive prizes.
The competition will be held on Saturday 25th July. The link of the event will open at 4:00 pm till 4:30 pm only.
It would not only brush up your coding skills but would also give you the opportunity to win an attractive cash prize by making use of your coding skills.

Rules of the competition
• Filling of registration form is mandatory.
• Open for all first-year students of all colleges.
• A task of 45 questions in 30 minutes.
• Questions include various problems on C language and code snippets
• Only those entries will be counted who have registered through the registration form.

WIFM (What's in it for me/you)

• The top three winners would be awarded with free course coupons as well as certificates.
• All the participants would get a participation certificate
• The person to score more than 40 marks in the least time will get an attractive cash prize.

About IDEATE

IDEATE is an event organised by Indian Society for Technical Education, PSIT. Students via this segment get an opportunity to show their analytical and presentation skills.

"Ideate" - "How I unlocked my skills during lockdown."

This was a very huge and interactive session with the student's. How did they tackle this Pandemic situation?
In this event, many student's participated, in which some student's shared their technical as well as non-technical experience in this Global Crisis.
Thanks to all the student's and faculty that they joined our session and shared their experience.

Today we all learned some very essential lessons to keep ourselves positive and keep working towards our goals even in a global pandemic. It's never easy to admit suffering but we all are going through very rough time and we need help, support,care,advice. Wise advice indeed just like the one we received today from "Priya Govinda Das".
I'm really uplifted and enlightened by his wise words and on behalf of everyone who was graced by his presence I want to thank him for the knowledge of healing oneself that he shared with us today.
You have a very meaningful purpose in your life and sharing your experiences and stories with us you are motivating us towards greater peace and prosperity.

Thankyou so much for guiding us towards self enlightenment,bringing us to peace and encouraging us to adopt a positive attitude.

Chimera-x is a national level quizzing competition and the core of the annual flagship event Chimera organised by Indian Society for Technical Education Student’s chapter, MANIT.
