*Builds balance & posture
*Frees both hands for play
* Prevents W-sitting
⭐ How to Practice...
*Sit child on mat or cushion with legs crossed
*Support back with wall/pillow if needed
*Start 2–3 minutes, increase slowly
* Give toys or books in front for motivation
*Practice daily, make it fun!
Healthy tips.....
*Don’t force legs
*Stop if pain or discomfort
*Consult therapist if hips are stiff
