When I was in my final year of graduation, My teacher Dr. Durgesh Kumar Soni Sir gave me a project to work on this -based paint.
At that time, it was just launched in India and a research paper was also published by some students from an Indian engineering college.
Here is why because cow dung-based paint is gaining popularity as an alternative to conventional paint, which often contains harmful chemicals.
And use of cow dung as a building material has been common in some parts of the world for centuries. In India, for example, cow dung has been used as a natural plaster for walls and floors. The practice of making paint from cow dung is a newer development, but it has been gaining traction in recent years.
Cow dung paint is said to be beneficial in a number of ways,
1:- It is an eco-friendly option that doesn't contain harmful .
2:- It is also said to have natural properties, which can help improve indoor air quality.
cow dung paint is said to be a good insulator, helping to keep buildings cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

During my college days, I learned Surface pre- treatment is 9 tank process.
Yeah, Everything was fine, when I start working, I found there is another tank named as KOD installed before Degreasing tank in Pre-Treatment Line.
I wondered what is this KOD tank and why it is used despite of same chemicals used in degrease tank also.
Then my colleagues and senior told me about this tank like
A degrease tank is a type of cleaning tank that is designed to remove oil and grease from the surface of metal parts using a cleaning solution. The metal part is immersed in the tank filled with the cleaning solution, and the solution is heated and agitated to help break down and dissolve the grease and oil.
A knock-off degrease tank, on the other hand, is specifically designed to remove loose debris, such as dirt and oil, from the surface of metal parts using a high-pressure spray. The metal part is placed inside the tank, and a high-pressure spray nozzle is used to blast the surface of the part with a cleaning solution. The force of the spray helps to knock off loose debris and contaminants from the surface of the part.
In summary, the main difference between a degrease tank and a knock-off degrease tank is that a degrease tank uses a cleaning solution to dissolve and remove grease and oil, while a knock-off degrease tank uses a high-pressure spray to knock off loose debris and contaminants from the surface of the part.
