Team RUDSET Institute Kannur, comprising Director Sri Deepak Krishnan, Senior Faculty Members Sri Abhilash N and Smt. Roshni C, had the privilege of meeting the District Collector, who also serves as the Chairman of the District Level RSETI Advisory Committee (DLRAC).

During the interaction, the team briefed the Collector about the activities, achievements, and impact of RUDSET Institute Kannur in promoting entrepreneurship and self-employment. As a token of respect and appreciation, products prepared by our trainees were presented to the Collector, showcasing the skills and entrepreneurial capabilities developed through RUDSET training programmes.

The meeting provided an excellent opportunity to highlight the institute’s contribution towards skill development and livelihood promotion in the district.

Field visits are important for an entrepreneur to understand the field reality. trainees of our EDP for Micro Entrepreneurs batch (13 Days intensive entrepreneurship Development programme) visited various leading industries including MFC , MIZONE, SULFEX etc to learn from industry stalwarts. Senior Faculty team Smt Roshni C and Sri Abhilash N took the leadership and facilitated the visit. Special thanks to Sri Abdul kareem, president of KSSIA Kannur for your valuable insights to the business supportive schemes, Smt Sunu, Manager of MIZONE for highlighting the Start UP and Incubation facilities available at our District and Sri Santhosh for coordinating our industry visit at Sulfex Mattress.

🌱 World Environment Day 2026 was celebrated at RUDSETI Kannur with the inauguration and inspiring address by renowned agriculturist Shri K.M. Mathew. 🌍
🥭 Mango saplings were planted by Director Shri Deepak Krishnan along with the trainees, reaffirming our commitment to a greener future. 🌳
