Thrilled to share that I, along with my incredible team, recently conducted an evaluation study in two vibrant parishes under the care of the Bangalore province of the Salesian congregation. A heartfelt thank you to Fr. Varghese Koottungal for entrusting us with this meaningful task.
Our team, consisting of Mr. Francis, Vice Principal of Malabar Arts and Science College, and Mrs. Lissy Cyriac, a seasoned social worker, delved into the heart of the parishes through Focused Group Discussions, in-depth interviews, and insightful transit walks.
The strength of these parishes lies in the unwavering support and cooperation of the parish priests, Fr. Pynadath Varghese of St. Stephen's Church, Thope, Kollam, and Fr. Mechattuparmbil Thomas of St. Maxmillian Kolbe's Church, Alappuzha. ๐ Their dedication is truly inspiring!
Our SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) brought to light the incredible potential these communities hold for positive change. It's been a joyous journey, and I am grateful for the warmth and openness shown by the parish priests and the wonderful people of these parishes.
