Qualifications Required:
> The candidate should have the following:
- Holder of an Indian CPL
- Holder of DGCA issued Assistant Flight Instructor Rating (AFIR)
- Minimum FTO working experience of 6 months
- Endorsed on C172
- Current IR
- Should have flown in the last 6 months

> The induction process will be as follows:
- Compass test in Delhi or Bhubaneswar
- Online technical interview
