Mental health and sleep are closely related. Sleep problems frequently accompany mental illness.
If you're not feeling well mentally it's important to take a look at how you sleep.Sleep deprivation has negative impact on our brain functioning ,especially amygdala which regulates the emotional response.
Sleep is like a battery charge for the brains. It repairs damage, stores memories & categories thoughts.
Do you or your loved ones sleep well or does stress, social media, toxic people around you win out.
Review your sleep hygiene to get a better night's sleep next time.
Remember change starts with us as individuals

Keeping in the same view, we are offering free monthly workshop for Underprivileged Children to enhance their Personality &Skills
We are hosting free workshops on the first day of each month
Every month on the 1st the workshop would be conducted between 3 to 5 pm
Entry: Through registration only
Age group: 4 to 14 years
