Every child deserves colour in their life.. colours to brighten their dreams... colours to stoke their creativity... colours to add beauty in their life..
This Holi, Tamanaah just tried to add some colours to these children's lives & had a pretty colourful Holi filled with innocence..💚💛💜

We thought we knew how best to celebrate Christmas...we did it every year...but now we think we were wrong all these years.. Christmas 2018 was by far the best Christmas celebrated by members of team Tamanaah & its volunteers.
Team Tamanaah, their family members & its volunteers of the day - Shyamala Nambiar, Anita Gupta, Aditi, Vineeth Nair, Subin Bhaskaran, V.v. Sudhakaran, Jobie Job, Chitra Nair & Neethu Nair celebrated Christmas with the kids & elders at Ashraya Charitable Home & came back with a sense of pride, fulfillment & joy unmatched with any kind of celebrations done till date..
Special thanks to volunteers - Anita Gupta who sponsored cakes, biscuits & snacks and Vineeth Nair who sponsored fruit juices for everybody - in addition to being a part of the group & helping us throughout. Star of the show was our Santa Claus played by one of team Tamanaah member!
Highlight of the day was the awesome and impromptu dance & singing performances by boys & girls of the home which displayed the immense talent these kids have. We were also witness to a youthful spirit of an elderly man singing carols & reminding us that age is just a number for such spirited souls..
Team Tamanaah wishes all of you a Merry Christmas & an Awesome Happy New Year.. May you all be blessed & hope you all wish, bless & help us to continue our work of helping them all for their future..

Diwali is the season to spread joy around & what better way to celebrate than to spread joy with a bunch of enthusiastic & energetic kids. Coming Sunday (28th October), Team Tamanaah will be the source of joy to the kids at Ashraya Charitable Home for Children wherein we will distribute gifts & sweets to all. As always, the team is open to having volunteers giving contributions in any way possible. Please feel free to reach us by commenting below & we will reach out to you at the earliest.

Tamannah has regrouped after a short hiatus. This time a few new members have joined the group & few have left to chart their own story. Some earlier members still continue to be an integral part of this group & guide and bring their previous experiences to begin this new story.
Tamanaah 2.0 is a group with new thoughts & ideas. Each individual has come with his/her own ideas but all of them unite for a common goal to uplift the society & create an impact at large.
The journey has already begun with a small step a couple of months back. It began when one of the worst natural calamity struck the state of Kerala in the month of August. This group with the help of a not-for-profit organisation decided to contribute in the relief efforts & managed to send relief materials to Kerala & also volunteered to lend a helping hand to this organisation in this time of crisis.
With a motivation to do much more to our society, Tamannah has currently begun engaging with Ashraya Charitable Home for Poor(Haji Malang road) where kids from underprivileged families of nearby villages stay. Members of the group have already taken an introductory session at their inhouse teaching centre and the results have been encouraging. The group has decided to dedicate few hours of every Sunday to teach & motivate this bunch of children for a better tomorrow.
Tamanah is open to welcome volunteers who wish to dedicate few hours on Sunday's to help us help them for a better tomorrow. The group is flexible to accomodate your convenience. Please leave a comment below & fill the form if interested, we will get back to you with further details & discussions.
