Celebrating Pola – Honouring Our Silent Heroes!

Pola is a beautiful celebration of gratitude towards the hardworking bullocks who have been an integral part of our agricultural life. It reminds us to respect, care for, and appreciate the animals who tirelessly support our farmers.

At St. Thomas Public School, Kalmeshwar, we celebrate this traditional festival by nurturing values of gratitude, compassion, respect and love for nature in our young minds.

May this Bail Pola bring happiness, prosperity and abundant harvests to every farmer and family.

Happy Pola!

To the Teachers Who Leave a Little of Themselves Behind…
A teacher may be forgotten for a lesson taught, but never for the way they made a child feel, believe, and dream.
Behind every confident child is a teacher who patiently guided them. Behind every success is a teacher who quietly believed in them. And behind every good human being is often a teacher who taught not just from books, but from the heart.
Today, we celebrate those who give their time, energy, patience and love—often without expecting anything in return.
Thank you for shaping minds, touching hearts, and making a difference that lasts a lifetime.
Happy Teachers’ Day to every teacher who inspires, cares, and makes the world a little better—one child at a time.
