A Proud Achievement for Saptashri Gyanpeeth!

Deepam Chettri of Saptashri Gyanpeeth showcased remarkable courage and determination at the Inter-School Balbhadra Kunwar Kickboxing Challenge, held at Bijanbari, Darjeeling.

Competing in both Junior U-16 and Senior U-19 categories,
Deepam secured GOLD in U-16 against a 67 kg opponent and won the U-19 match by RSC knockout against a 58 kg opponent.

Aayush Prasad of Class XI Humanities, delivered an outstanding performance at the Kalimpong District Tournament 2026, organized by the Kalimpong Taekwondo Association.

Competing in the Under-19 category, Aayush won Gold in Kyorugi (58 kg) and Gold in Poomsae, securing a remarkable double-gold achievement.

His success reflects his dedication, discipline, and hard work in Taekwondo, bringing great pride to our school.

Our student, RUBEN LEPCHA of class XI Science, secured 1st position in the Squat & Bench Press Competition organized by the Kalimpong Gorkha Body Building & Youth Association.

Ruben showcased exceptional strength and determination, successfully squatting 170 kg and finishing at the top among the 12th participants in the Open Category.

Safal Pradhan of Class IX-A delivered a sensational double hat-trick (6 goals) as Saptashri Gyanpeeth stormed to a 6–0 win over Bethany School in the 80th Independence Day Cup Football League.

Our students delivered exceptional performances in ASISC Zonal Literary Events 2026 Declamation Competition hosted by Gyanoday Niketan, Darjeeling.

Master Jearim Rhongthup Molommu of class XII Humanities was awarded with a gold medal and is qualified to represent the school at Regional level where he will be competing to qualify for the NATIONAL LEVEL.

The other two participants were Awantika Pradhan of class X D and Shatvisha Sharma of class 7 B.

Saptashri Gyanpeeth excels at CISCE REGIONAL BOXING and ARCHERY TOURNAMENT 2026 hosted Dr. Grahma's Homes Kalimpong and at Hamilton Ganj Tournament Jaigoan.

In BOXING TOURNAMENT four students got selected for NATIONALS, after winning four Gold medals and one Silver medal, and in ARCHERY, our students won one gold and two bronze medals.
