Youth Resource Centre Ernakulam organized career guidance and counselling for tribal youth at Neriamangalam in association with tribal development department and university employment information and guidance bureau Kochi.
The session was taken by Shri. Krishna Kumar, Employment officer from CUSAT. Career planning, technical and non technical, medical and non medical, social science and commerce subjects, courses to pursue after 10, +2, UG,PG and job opportunities of different subject combinations were discussed in the session. Total 56 Youths from different tribal settlement have participated in the session. Programme presided by Shri. Aswin Kumar, UNV-DYO Ernakulam and vote of thanks given by Mansoor P T UNV-YRC Coordinator.

Youth Resource Centre Ernakulam conducted Soft Skills training for "Varnakoott" adolescent girl club members. Varnakoot is an initiative of Women and Child development department Govt.of Kerala and implementing through Anganwadees to empower adolescent girls focused on their personal and professional development. Leadership, Team Building, Creativity, Communication and time management skills were imparted through various activities.

Youth Resource Centre Ernakulam Conducted Life Skills training session for youth at Govt. Law college Ernakulam. The objectives of the training were to build self-confidence, encourage critical thinking, creative thinking, effective communication skill and decision making skills. Participants experienced those skills through various activities through out the session.
