"विद्या अभ्यासवर्ग"एका यशस्वी पॅटर्नची पुनरावृत्ती...
14 वर्षांपूर्वी लाईटचे लोड शेडींग व्हायचे, त्यामुळे सायंकाळी बहुतेक वेळा लाईट जायची. त्यामुळे मुलांच्या अभ्यासात अडचणी येत होत्या. म्हणून विद्याने "विद्या अभ्यासवर्ग"हा मुलांचा self study व्हावा यासाठी vidya pre school च्या वर्गांमध्ये हा उपक्रम सुरू केला होता. पालकांनीही त्याचे प्रचंड प्रमाणात स्वागत केले होते. सुरूवातीला छोट्या गॅसबत्या वर्गात लावून त्या उजेडात रात्री 6.00 ते 8.30 असा तो चालायचा, त्यातून मुलांना अभ्यासात होणारा फायदा पाहून पालकांनी वर्गणी काढून 22 हजार रूपयांचा जनरेटर या उपक्रमासाठी स्वखर्चाने भेट दिला होता. आता एक तप उलटल्यानंतर मुलांची self study ची आवश्यक्ता लक्षात घेता. ही माहीती मुलांना दिली. त्यातून मोठ्या संख्येने मुले अभ्यासवर्गात रमू लागली. सुरूवातीला पाच मिनिटे मेडीटेशन करून नंतर प्रत्येक मुलाने वाचन करणे, नोटस काढणे अशा प्रकारे एक शब्दही कोणाशी न बोलता.अभ्यास करायचा , त्यासाठी सुपरविजन करणारा एक senior teacher वर्गात असतो. त्याने नजरेतून मुलांचे निरीक्षण करायचे. त्याने देखील दिड तासात एकाही मुलाशी काहीच बोलायचे नाही असा दंडक आहे. अभ्यास वर्गाला विद्यार्थी 5 मिनिटे जरी उशीरा आला तर त्याला वर्गात घेतले जात नाही..
