Today, the NCC Unit of L.B.S. Govt. P.G. College, Saraswati Nagar actively participated in a disaster management demonstration conducted by the 14th Battalion, NDRF. The event focused on safety awareness, rescue operations, and first aid techniques. NCC cadets took part in various practical activities and rescue demonstrations, showing great enthusiasm, discipline, and teamwork. College staff and students also attended and gained valuable knowledge about disaster preparedness and emergency response.

The NCC Unit of LBS Govt. P.G. College, Saraswati Nagar, under the guidance of ANO Captain Dr. Rohit Mokta, successfully performed 10 days of dedicated duty at Maa Hateshwari Temple during Navratri and Hatkoti Mela, ensuring discipline, order, and safety throughout the temple premises. 💂‍♂️🙏

Our cadets were actively involved in:

Traffic management around the temple 🛑

Maintaining lines and queues inside the temple, including assisting female devotees when needed 👭

Monitoring and ensuring discipline across the entire temple campus 🏞️

Their commitment, coordination, and disciplined presence greatly contributed to the smooth functioning of temple activities, ensuring a safe and pleasant experience for all devotees during this auspicious period. 🌸

The NCC Unit of LBS Govt. P.G. College, Saraswati Nagar, under the guidance of ANO Captain Dr. Rohit Mokta, actively participated in the Bhajan Geet Program organized on the auspicious occasion of Navami and in observance of Nonviolence Week at Maa Hateshwari Temple. 🙏✨

Our 1st-year NCC cadets – Rishabh Ranta, Krish, Vishesh, and Arpit Kumar – showcased their devotion by singing soulful bhajans and kirtans. Their melodious voices created a spiritual and divine atmosphere that touched the hearts of everyone present. 🎶🌸

On this occasion, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was also signed between LBS Govt. P.G. College and Maa Hateshwari Temple Committee, signed by Dr. Poonam Mehta, Principal of the College, and Mr. Gurmeet G. Negi, SDM Jubbal & Chairman of the Temple Committee, aiming to strengthen cultural, educational, and community development activities in collaboration with the temple.
