We are delighted to share that the documentary film “LAHE LAHE” made by Mr. Mohamed Shamir and Mr.Ashish Roshan, as part of their Design Project in Communication Design Discipline has been nominated at the British University Students Film Festival (BUESFF) 2025.
This documentary is an initiative to address mental health awareness in rural areas of Assam, touching upon areas such as basic education, stigma reduction, and improving access to support through community-based activities. “LAHE LAHE” is an Assamese phrase that propels people to approach and live life with patience, calmness and unhurried pace.
The team would like to make a special mention of Shri Adithya M. Sagar, who played the lead role and whose contribution was essential to the film.
Heartiest congratulations to Mr. Shamir & Mr. Ashish for their achievement.
