MANTRANA is the annual inter-institutional debate competition held in Jorhat Engineering College as a part of its annual techno-cultural fest 'PHOENIX'. This year the competition will be held on 17th march.Fierce competition has raised the bar over the years and this year we would like to make it bigger and better which would be only possible via maximum participation.
