She has worked with Cooper Corporation and a reputed packaging industry, and has also been associated with leading organizations such as Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL), Assam State Transport Corporation (ASTC), and Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited.

Ms. Dutta’s academic and research interests lie in operations management, disaster response and humanitarian logistics, sustainability, and supply chain management. She has published research papers in journals, edited volumes, and conference proceedings, and has actively participated in national and international conferences and faculty development programs.
