"Indulge in the rich, delight of homemade Anda Barfi - a sweet treat perfect for any occasion! ✨ "

here's the recipe:

Ingredients:

1 cup ghee
1 cup sugar
6eggs
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Chopped almonds for garnish

Instructions:

In a pot, combine ghee, sugar, and eggs. Whisk vigorously until well mixed.

Turn on the flame to low heat and cook the mixture while continuously whisking.

Add cardamom powder and vanilla essence to the mixture while stirring constantly.

Keep cooking and stirring on low flame for about 30-40 minutes until the mixture thickens.

Once the mixture reaches a thick consistency, pour it into a greased baking dish or mold. Spread it evenly.

Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then cut it into desired shapes using a knife.

Sprinkle chopped almonds over the top of the barfi.

Let the Anda Barfi rest until it sets completely.

Once set, serve and enjoy! You can store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
