Driven by the central theme, "Let us participate, not discriminate," the event was organized in collaborative partnership with the District AIDS Control Society (DACS), Namchi, and the Red Ribbon Club (RRC) of CCCT. The program was executed under the aegis of the national "Intensified IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) Campaign 3.0."
The mega-awareness initiative witnessed enthusiastic participation from a large gathering of students, faculty members, and administrative staff, alongside a distinguished delegation of invited guests and a medical team from the District Hospital, Namchi.

Key Highlights of the Program:
• Patriotic & Creative Expression: Students presented poignant poetry sessions aligned with the state-wide mandate of "Nasha Mukt Sikkim," highlighting the perils of substance abuse and tracking the societal impact of HIV/AIDS.
• Educational Drama: A powerful theatrical skit was presented, effectively demonstrating preventive strategies against HIV transmission and addressing the critical need to dissolve the stigma surrounding the disease.
• Health & Anti-Discrimination Oath: A senior resource person representing the Leprosy Cell of the District Hospital, Namchi, commissioned an institutional oath. The pledge focused heavily on leprosy eradication, prevention protocols, and the eradication of social discrimination against affected individuals.

• Expert Sensitization: Addressing the assembly, Mr. Kishore Baniya Chettri, State Coordinator for RRC Sikkim, delivered an impactful technical session. He sensitized the youth on the epidemiological realities of HIV, the drawbacks of drug addiction, and the socio-economic necessity of community inclusivity.
• On-Site Voluntary Testing: A clinical technical team from the District Hospital conducted voluntary medical testing and counselling camps for the student community throughout the day.

The event concluded with a formal vote of thanks delivered by Ms. Kabita Nepal, RRC Coordinator, CCCT, who expressed profound gratitude to the state medical departments, resource experts, and the student organizing committee for making the public health campaign a resounding success.
