The fresh apricot jam, apple jam, plums and mango jams with little spice here and there is delicious.. it is simple, doesn't need much thinking.
1 kilo plums
3/4 kilo sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1 lemon's juice
Cook well in a thick pan
Until the syrup stops dripping
Store in an Air tight clean, dry jar..
Enjoy it with same recipe with or without the spice with different fruits.
