Q.Atopic dermatitis or eczema: is inflammation of the skin. It is characterized by itchy, erythematous, vesicular, weeping, and crusting patches.
C/f= itching (mc)
Ix=based mostly on the history and physical examination
Rx= Typically with moisturizers and steroid creams

Q. Kawasaki Disease...**Systemic vasculitis in which the medium-sized blood vessels throughout the body become inflamed. It is largely seen in children under five years of age.
*C/F=..Given in pic
complication:-coronary artery aneurysms
* Ix= can only be diagnosed clinically (i.e. by medical signs and symptoms).
*Rx=Intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG)

A Note- Pharmacology is not mentioned in the pre-clinical subject by mistake ..but it contains 16 marks weight-age as pre-clinical subjects carries 100 marks in totals so don't confuse yours self by not considering pharmacology in exams it's just one of d silly mistakes..
