*निःशुल्क जाँच एवं निःशुल्क श्रवण यंत्र वितरण कैम्प* दिनांक 23 से 25 जुलाई 2019 को आयोजित किया जा रहा है।

*आयोजन स्थान:* गाँधी बधिर विद्यालय, माता का थान, जोधपुर

*साथ लाये जाने वाले आवश्यक दस्तावेज़:*
1. तीन पासपोर्ट साईज़ फ़ोटो
2. विकलांगता प्रमाण पत्र
3. आधार कार्ड
4. आय प्रमाण पत्र

उपरोक्त दस्तावेज़ के साथ लाभार्थी का स्वयं एवं उसके साथ अभिभावक का होना अनिवार्य होगा।
