Most of the developed countries give special focus to Early Childhood Education. The Anganwadi initiative of Government India for Child Care and Early Childhood Education is not very effective. It has been working good in villages. In Indian cities, it is not very effective. Well to do parents prefer to send their children to pre-schools and not Anganwadi.

In USA there are public libraries in almost all the cities. There are special sections for the children. Even they keep toys and crayons inside the library, so that the young kids could have some fun while reading. There are desktop computers where kids could search books, read online and play educational games.

HEART (Health, Education, Agriculture, Research & Technology) society of Jharsuguda is dreaming to make the dreams of children to come true.

Planning to open libraries for children’s in various places of Jharsuguda district.
