विश्व रक्तदाता दिवस 2026: एमएलबी मेडिकल कॉलेज झांसी के ब्लड सेंटर ने लगाए रक्तदान शिविर

14 जून 2026– विश्व रक्तदाता दिवस के अवसर पर महारानी लक्ष्मीबाई मेडिकल कॉलेज झांसी के ब्लड सेंटर ने स्वैच्छिक रक्तदान को बढ़ावा देने और सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य को सुदृढ़ करने के लिए कई संस्थाओं के सहयोग से रक्तदान शिविरों का आयोजन किया।
शिविरों का विवरण:
- 11 जून 2026: छावनी परिषद, झांसी के साथ आयोजित शिविर में 9 यूनिट रक्त एकत्र किया गया।
- 12 जून 2026: छावनी परिषद, बबीना के सहयोग से 22 यूनिट रक्तदान हुआ।
- 13 जून 2026: मिलिट्री हॉस्पिटल, झांसी में लगे शिविर में सबसे अधिक 91 यूनिट रक्तदान किया गया।
- 14 जून 2026: विश्व रक्तदाता दिवस पर संघर्ष साथी और प्रथम पहल, झांसी के साथ 17 यूनिट रक्त एकत्र किया गया।
चारों शिविरों में कुल 139 यूनिट रक्त संग्रहित किया गया।
रक्तदान करने वाले दाताओं को प्रमाण पत्र देकर सम्मानित किया गया। नियमित दाताओं और सहयोगी संस्थाओं को भी प्रमाण पत्र और स्मृति चिन्ह भेंट किए गए। सभी प्रतिभागियों को स्वैच्छिक रक्तदान करने और रक्तदान के महत्व के बारे में जागरूकता फैलाने की शपथ भी दिलाई गई।
महारानी लक्ष्मीबाई मेडिकल कॉलेज झांसी के ब्लड सेंटर ने सभी रक्तदाताओं, सहयोगी संस्थाओं और स्वयंसेवकों का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि उनके सहयोग से यह पहल सफल हुई और विश्व रक्तदाता दिवस की भावना को बल मिला।

The Passing-Out Ceremony of the MBBS Batch 2020 was held on 5 June 2026 at Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College, Jhansi. During the ceremony, medals were awarded to outstanding graduates in recognition of their academic achievements.
All newly graduated doctors took the Oath of Service in the presence of Principal Dr. Sudheer Kumar, Dean Dr. Nutan Agrawal, Student In-charge Dr. Mehar Bano, all Heads of Departments and other esteemed faculty members.

‘s Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College Jhansi organized an awareness camp under the TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan at UHC Talpura on 15/05/2026 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM through the Department of Community Medicine in collaboration with the TB & Chest Department.

The programme was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Madhurmay (TB & Chest Department), Dr. Shobha Chaturvedi (Nodal TB Officer), and Dr. Vimal Arya (Department of Community Medicine).

During the camp, awareness regarding tuberculosis prevention, early diagnosis, treatment adherence, and the objectives of the TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan was imparted to the community. Approximately 80–100 patients were examined and benefited from the camp.

Today at MAHARANI LAXMI BAI MEDICAL COLLEGE JHANSI ,Department of pediatrics successfully conducted a BNRP (Basic Neonatal Resuscitation Program) hands-on workshop under the guidance of the Head of Department, Dr O S Chaurasia.
The workshop was organized as part of the mass training program for healthcare workers under the National Neonatology Forum (NNF), in collaboration with the Indian Academy of Pediatrics.
A total of 40 paramedical nursing staff members were trained in neonatal resuscitation by BNRP trainers:

The workshop was also graced by the presence of Dr Madhusoodan, Principal of the Paramedical Nursing College, Jhansi.

National Tuberculosis Elimination Programme (NTEP)

The National Tuberculosis Elimination Programme (NTEP) works towards the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of tuberculosis (TB) across India. The programme ensures free TB testing and treatment services through government health facilities.
As part of this initiative, the programme is being conducted at “MAHARANI BAI MEDICAL COLLEGE JHANSI “to spread awareness about TB prevention, early diagnosis, and proper treatment. NTEP aims to increase public awareness, reduce TB transmission, and provide patient-centered care. Through regular screening, counselling, and treatment support, the programme helps patients complete treatment successfully and lead healthy lives.
Together, we can eliminate TB and build a healthier nation.

The two-day offline biostatistics workshop on “Sample Size Determination for Biomedical Studies” under the able guidance and direction of our respected Principal, Prof. Sheo Kumar, was organized on 17th and 18th April 2026 by the Department of Community Medicine, MLB Medical College, Jhansi.
The inaugural ceremony was performed by the Honourable Nagar Aayukt, Ms. Akanksha Rana, along with eminent dignitaries including our Principal, Prof. Sheo Kumar, Vice Principal, Prof. Mayank Singh, and respected former faculty members of the Department of Community Medicine, Dr. B. L. Verma and Dr. Manju Govil. The Nagar Aayukt emphasized the importance of academic enhancement through workshops and CMEs. The Principal reinforced the importance of quality research publications by faculty members and postgraduate students.
The academic sessions of the workshop were delivered by esteemed speakers from Jhansi and outside the district. Dr. B. L. Verma elaborated on optimum sample size calculation and various study designs. Dr. Anup from SGPGI, Lucknow, explained sample size calculation in cross-sectional and cohort studies. Dr. Ashish Awasthi from CSIR-CDRI, Lucknow, conducted an enriched and interactive session on the overview of clinical trials and sample size calculation. Ravi Prakash Jha from NIHFW, New Delhi, enhanced the understanding of faculty and postgraduate students regarding sample size concepts in diagnostic and case-control studies.
The workshop was attended by the Heads of Departments, faculty members, and postgraduate students from various departments of the college.

आज दिनांक 22 अप्रैल 2026 को बेसिक कोर्स इन मेडिकल एजुकेशन वर्कशॉप का समापन कार्यक्रम संपन्न हुआ बेसिक कोर्स एंड मेडिकल एजुकेशन का वर्कशॉप 20 अप्रैल 2026 से प्रारंभ हुआ था यह वर्कशॉप चिकित्सा शिक्षकों के लिए अनिवार्य थी पहली बार इस वर्कशाप का आयोजन मेडिकल कॉलेज में किया गया। वर्कशॉप के दौरान चिकित्सा शिक्षकों ने अपने व्याख्यान प्रस्तुत किया एवं पर्यवेक्षक डॉक्टर आरके दीक्षित सर जो की केजीएमसी लखनऊ से आए हुए थे द्वारा अध्यापन कार्य के गुण सीखें। इस मौके पर विभिन्न रिसोर्स फैकल्टी ने अपने-अपने व्याख्यान प्रस्तुत किये और 30 चिकित्सा शिक्षक लाभान्वित हुए एवं सभी लाभांवित चिकित्सा शिक्षकों को प्रमाण पत्र पर्यवेक्षक एवं प्रधानाचार्य द्वारा प्रदत्त किए गए । साथ ही साथ रिसोर्स फैकल्टी को भी उनके व्याख्यान देने के लिए प्रमाण पत्र प्रदत्त किए गए।डॉ प्रभाकर सिंह बैस मेडिकल एजुकेशन कोऑर्डिनेटर द्वारा अवगत कराया गया कि यह प्रक्रिया निरंतर चलती रहेगी जब तक के सभी चिकित्सा शिक्षक बेसिक कोर्स इन मेडिकल वर्कशॉप नहीं कर लेते । यह समस्त कार्य मेडिकल एजुकेशन कोऑर्डिनेटर डॉ प्रभाकर सिंह बैस की देखरेख एवं निर्देशन में पूर्ण किया गया । उक्त तीन दिन की वर्कशॉप प्रधानाचार्य डॉ शिवकुमार सर के निर्देशन में संपन्न हुआ, इस मौके पर सीएमएस,डीन अकादमिक , आहरण वितरण अधिकारी एवं छात्र-छात्राएं उपस्थित रहे।

महारानी लक्ष्मी बाई मेडिकल कॉलेज झांसी में प्रधानाचार्य डॉक्टर शिव कुमार के कुशल निर्देशन में एवं मेडिकल एजुकेशन कोऑर्डिनेटर डॉ. प्रभाकर सिंह बैंस के समन्वय से बेसिक कोर्स इन मेडिकल एजुकेशन टेक्नोलॉजी की वर्कशॉप का शुभारंभ दिनांक 20 अप्रैल से प्रारंभ हो गया है यह वर्कशॉप 20 अप्रैल से 22 अप्रैल तक सुबह 9:00 बजे से लेकर 5:00 बजे तक आयोजित की जाएगी। इस वर्कशाप का मुख्य उद्देश्य सभी सेवायोजित चिकित्सा शिक्षकों को बेहतर टीचिंग ट्रेनिंग देने के लिए प्रशिक्षण देना है एन.एम.सी. के द्वारा उक्त बेसिक कोर्स इन मेडिकल एजुकेशन टेक्नोलॉजी को चिकित्सा शिक्षकों के लिए अनिवार्य बताया है ऐसी परिस्थितियों में बहु प्रतीक्षित बेसिक कोर्स इन मेडिकल एजुकेशन वर्कशॉप के आयोजन के लिए अनुमोदन नेशनल चिकित्सा आयोग द्वारा विगत कुछ दिनों दिया गया था यह बेसिक कोर्स इन मेडिकल एजुकेशन वर्कशॉप महारानी लक्ष्मीबाई मेडिकल कॉलेज में पहली बार आयोजित की जा रही है जिससे 30 चिकित्सा शिक्षक लाभान्वित होंगे। यह प्रक्रिया अब निरंतर चलती रहेगी जब तक सभी चिकित्सा शिक्षक बेसिक कोर्स इन मेडिकल एजुकेशन का प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त नहीं कर लेते हैं l

आज दिनांक 14/04/26 को भारत रत्न Dr. Bheem Rao Ambedkar Jayanti के अवसर पर Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College, Jhansi में गरिमामय कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया।
इस अवसर पर आदरणीय प्रधानाचार्य डॉ. शिव कुमार, उप-प्रधानाचार्य डॉ. मयंक सिंह, समस्त संकाय सदस्य, छात्र-छात्राएं एवं कर्मचारीगण की उपस्थिति में डॉ B. R. Ambedkar जी के चित्र पर पुष्पांजलि अर्पित कर उन्हें श्रद्धांजलि दी गई।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान उनके आदर्शों—समानता, शिक्षा और न्याय—को आत्मसात करने का संकल्प लिया गया।
