XLRI Delhi-NCR hosted X-Celerate’26 | The XLRI Business Leadership Conclave on 27th February, bringing together senior industry leaders, faculty, and first-year BM students for a flagship industry–academia dialogue on leadership in a rapidly evolving global economy. Centered on the theme “Ethical Leadership in a Technology-Driven Global Economy,” the conclave explored how organizations balance innovation with governance, responsibility, and long-term value creation.

The conclave featured four thematic tracks, each offering deep industry perspectives:
1. GCC Track – The Rise of the Intelligent Enterprise | Speakers: Shiv Kumar, Pravin Goel, Rohit Khanna, Mohit Malik
2. CXO Track – Leading Through Change | Speakers: Sanjay Sacheti, Harvinder Singh, Biswajit Bhattacharya, Mohit Johar, Shweta Rani, Jaspreet Bakshi
3. Finance Track – Responsible Capital | Speakers: Sunil Kalra, Gulshan Dua, Raj Bansal
4. CHRO Track – Leading People with Purpose | Speakers: Utsav Kumar, Amit Choudhary, Gurmeet Chadha, Vinod Chaturvedi

With engaging panel discussions and student Q&A sessions, X-Celerate’26 reinforced XLRI’s commitment to developing responsible, ethical, and future-ready leaders.

XLRI Delhi-NCR proudly hosted its 5th Annual Convocation Ceremony on 6th April 2026, marking a significant milestone in the academic journey of the graduating batch. The ceremony brought together students, faculty, families, and peers to celebrate years of hard work, perseverance, and the successful completion of an important chapter at XLRI.

The convocation address was delivered by Suresh Narayanan, former Chairman and Managing Director of Nestlé India, who shared insightful reflections on leadership, purpose, and values in professional life. The occasion was further honoured by the presence of T. V. Narendran, Chairman of the XLRI Board and Managing Director of Tata Steel, whose words encouraged the graduates to face future challenges with confidence, integrity, and resilience.

As the students stepped forward to receive their degrees, the ceremony stood as a testament to the dedication and achievements of the Class of 2026, embodying XLRI’s enduring values of excellence, ethics, and service. The XLRI Delhi-NCR community extends its heartfelt congratulations to all graduates and wishes them continued success as they embark on their professional journeys.

XLRI Delhi-NCR hosted the Pathmaker CGEIL Dialogues Lecture Series on 25th February 2026, organized by the XLRI Centre for Gender Equality and Inclusive Leadership (CGEIL). The session was held as part of the ongoing dialogue on gender equity and inclusive leadership.

The 27th guest speaker in the series, Sumit Arora, Partner at Pvalue Analytics Pvt. Ltd., spoke on NARI 2025 – The National Annual Report Index on Women’s Safety. Drawing from his experience in building large-scale measurement frameworks, he shared insights into the data-driven approach behind benchmarking women’s safety across Indian cities, highlighting the role of analytics in shaping informed policy and impactful decision-making.

XLRI Delhi-NCR hosted Chewy Chapter on 20th February, organized by Infracom. The event transformed the campus into a lively food mela, celebrating the rich diversity of Indian cuisines through food stalls set up by various regional committees.

The evening brought together the XLRI community to enjoy flavours from across the country, with stalls by RAJAXI, JMAXI, RABOXI, TAXI, COWBAXI, THELPAXI, APAXI, and KAIRALI, making it a memorable celebration of culture, food, and togetherness.

XLRI Delhi-NCR hosted TEDx XLRI Delhi on 20th February, organized by CIIYII under the theme “Blurring Lines,” creating a platform where ideas from technology, leadership, tradition, and human experience seamlessly converged. Supported by , the event encouraged the community to question rigid boundaries and reimagine the possibilities that emerge when disciplines intersect.

The conference featured an inspiring lineup of speakers:

Major Deepak Iyer - Former Indian Army Special Forces officer and founder of Mastery Inside, spoke about leadership, discipline, and purpose through the lens of military experience.

Tuheena Raj - Writer and brand marketer, spoke about ambition, storytelling, and the courage to say yes to life-altering opportunities.

Devansh Pavdighada - State-level basketball athlete and youth mentor, who shared his journey of personal growth through sport and building India’s basketball ecosystem.

Atul Tripathi - AI and Quantum Computing expert and former PMO consultant, who explored the role of AI in human decision-making and ethics.

Sangeetha Menon - Professor and Dean at NIAS, who spoke about consciousness, philosophy, and humanity’s place in an AI-driven world.

Amit Dwivedi - Supreme Court Advocate-on-Record, who discussed law, social mobility, and the evolving legal landscape in India.

An evening where ideas truly blurred lines across disciplines, experiences, and perspectives.

XLRI Delhi-NCR hosted a soulful Qawwali Night on 19th February, organized by Sigma–Oikos. The evening featured a mesmerizing Sufi Qawwali performance by Kashif Nizami and his team from Nizamuddin Dargah, creating an atmosphere steeped in music and tradition.

The event brought together the XLRI community for a night of cultural celebration and shared moments, offering a beautiful pause from routine campus life.

XLRI Delhi-NCR hosted XPL, organized by SportsCom, from 16th–18th February, marking the concluding sporting event of the year. Featuring high-energy matches of Box Cricket and Dodgeball, the tournament brought competitive spirit and excitement to campus.

With teams formed through a player auction, XPL saw participation from 120+ students across both batches, making it a vibrant celebration of sports, teamwork, and campus enthusiasm.

XLRI Delhi-NCR successfully hosted the CXO Conclave – VerteX 2026, organized by Xplore, on 14th and 15th February. The conclave brought together visionary CXOs and industry leaders to discuss systemic leadership, evolving market dynamics, and the strategic decisions shaping today’s business landscape.

Through flagship panel discussions, fireside chats, and interactive student sessions, VerteX 2026 bridged the gap between academic learning and organizational realities. The conclave offered students meaningful exposure to real-world leadership challenges and the inflection points that define modern enterprises.

XLRI Delhi-NCR hosted Night Under the Stars on 12th February, organized by XLANC, creating a relaxed evening of music, laughter, and shared moments at Aurora Gardens. With the glow of the bonfire, live jamming by Bodhi Tree, a barbecue spread, and the screening of India’s match, the night unfolded with an easy, festive energy.

Adding a burst of excitement, Laser Tag inside Xavier Hall brought out the competitive spirit as teams battled it out in fast-paced rounds. The event turned into a memorable night of connection, fun, and campus spirit, truly living up to its name.

XLRI Delhi-NCR hosted Anubhuti on 10th February, an immersive cultural evening organized by the SPICMACAY XLRI Chapter, celebrating the richness of Indian classical arts. The event brought together students, faculty, teaching assistants, and members of the XLRI community for an evening rooted in tradition and shared appreciation of culture.

The evening featured engaging pre-performance activities like mandala art and musical puzzles, followed by a soulful classical vocal recital by Sveta Hattangdi Kilpady, accompanied by Lalit Sisodia on harmonium and Saptak Sharma on tabla. The night concluded with an energetic Antakshari battle making Anubhuti a beautiful blend of art, learning, and collective joy.

XLRI extends its heartfelt gratitude to Team External Linkages 2025–26 for their invaluable contributions in strengthening the institute’s outreach and engagement initiatives.

As the driving force behind several Branding and PR efforts, the team also played a pivotal role in streamlining and enhancing our Admissions and Onboarding processes. Their dedication and efforts have significantly contributed to amplifying XLRI’s global presence and fostering stronger connections within the community.

The team carried forward the proud legacy of the External Linkages Committee, a tradition that has thrived for over 25 years, while also setting the stage for many milestones ahead.
As one chapter concludes and another begins, we extend our best wishes to the Team of 2026–27 as they continue to build upon and carry this legacy forward.
