SSU Team Exposure Visit | Startup Bihar

Startup Bihar organised an exposure visit for its newly hired Startup Support Unit (SSU) team on 26 September 2026, providing practical exposure to Bihar’s technology, innovation, incubation and industrial ecosystem.

The team engaged in detailed interactions and on-ground learning across technology and prototyping, incubation, irradiation, industrial manufacturing, e-mobility, agri-tech and milk processing ecosystems.

The exposure will help strengthen the SSU team’s understanding of the ecosystem and enable more effective engagement with startups, industries, incubators and other ecosystem stakeholders.

National Innovation Challenges Programme Organized by Government Engineering College, Jehanabad

Government Engineering College, Jehanabad, organized a “National Innovation Challenges” programme aimed at encouraging students to develop innovative ideas, identify real-world problems, and explore opportunities in entrepreneurship and startups.

The programme was conducted by the Startup Cell, Government Engineering College, Jehanabad, with the objective of creating awareness among students about innovation challenges, problem-solving, startup opportunities, and the importance of transforming innovative ideas into practical solutions.

The session provided students with valuable insights into participating in national-level innovation initiatives and encouraged them to think creatively and work on solutions to societal and technological challenges. Students actively participated in the session and showed enthusiasm towards innovation and entrepreneurship.

National Innovation Challenge Workshop Organized by Startup Cell, Government Engineering College Jehanabad

Jehanabad, September 23, 2026:
The Startup Cell of Government Engineering College, Jehanabad organized a workshop on the National Innovation Challenge at Metara, Bijalipur, Jehanabad, Bihar. The workshop aimed to create awareness among students about innovation, entrepreneurship, problem-solving, and opportunities available through national-level innovation challenges.

During the workshop, participants were encouraged to identify real-life problems prevalent in society and develop innovative, technology-driven solutions to address them. The session also focused on transforming innovative ideas into practical solutions and prototypes, while providing students with an understanding of how such ideas can be further developed through the startup ecosystem.

The workshop witnessed active participation from students, faculty members, and other members of the college community. The participants engaged in discussions on innovation and entrepreneurship and showed keen interest in exploring new ideas and opportunities.
