RAH CLASSES CONTEST ALERT !!!

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, has initiated a contest to suggest a Logo and Tagline to reposition the Digital Payments. MeitY wants to select a Logo and Tagline that would be conjugate to each other, attractive and last in the minds of people. The logo and tagline should capture the essence of the Digital Payments which facilitates payments directly through banks.

With an aim to promote Digital Payments and converting India to a less-cash society, Government of India (GoI) has taken various steps to increase the adoption of e-payments, such as promoting BHIM App for making payments and Bharat QR for universal acceptable infrastructure. The Government of India has launched Digital Payments Schemes to facilitate e-payments directly through banks. User can make instant bank-to-bank payments and Pay and collect money using Mobile number, Bank a/c and IFSC code, Aadhaar number or Virtual Payment Address (VPA).

The Department of School Education & Literacy, Ministry of Human Resource and Development envisions to build a National Teacher Platform (NTP) to leverage the power of technology to serve ‘Our Teachers, Our Heroes’. It is being envisaged as a digital infrastructure and resource that will be available for use by all teachers, educationists, academicians, administrators, governments, NGOs and others in the field of education across the country. The NTP is being developed for the benefit of Teachers in School, Teacher Educators and Student Teachers in Teacher Education Institutes (TEIs).

Through the National Teacher Platform, MHRD envisions empowerment and capacity building of teachers. MHRD would like to invite ideas for a unique and engaging name for the upcoming tech-savvy teacher training platform. The name should have a mass appeal and resonate with MHRD’s vision of the platform that empowers teachers, enables them to collaborate across the country, and enriches their personal and professional development. The name should have the essence of celebrating the importance of ‘Our Teachers, Our Heroes’.
