National Counselling Institute For Student And Youth is an organization which work under Human Resource Development Program to enhance the skills of a student to embark a benchmark of number of opportunities they could have.
The Institute also provides students with their placement according to the skills they have developed under NCIFSAY. The process of Developing skills and making their skills fruitful for them is done through counseling of each and every student, so that they could emerge as Human Resource not only for themselves but also for our Nation and could help India attain its goals from a developing to a developed country in much easier way.
