Earth Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at HSIS.The event began with a vibrant parade showcasing Mother Earth, rivers, animals, trees and flowers followed by a meaningful skit spreading awareness about environmental protection.
Students of all Grades engaged in eco-friendly activities like planter making, creating bird feeders and the “Chirp & Cheer Feeding” initiative by placing earthen pots for birds.
Art-integrated activities were also conducted in regular classes by the art teachers where students expressed their creativity through drawings and crafts based on Earth Day themes. 🎨🌍
The celebration inspired students to care for and protect our planet. 🌿✨
