Position: Chief Ground Instructor (CGI)

Location: Sonari Airport, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all ground training programs as per Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) regulations.
- Develop and update training materials and curricula to ensure compliance with DGCA standards.
- Conduct ground training sessions and assessments for trainee pilots.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in all training activities.
- Collaborate with other instructors and training staff to maintain a cohesive and effective training environment.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to enhance their learning experience.

Qualifications:
- Valid DGCA-approved Ground Instructor Rating.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aviation training.
- In-depth knowledge of DGCA regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining high training standards and continuous improvement.
