BAL VIHAR CAMP 2026 – Day 3

Day 3 of the BAL VIHAR CAMP was a delightful blend of creativity, learning and spirituality. Students enthusiastically participated in the Drawing Activity, expressing their imagination and artistic talents with great joy and enthusiasm.
A special visit to the sacred Ayyappa Temple gave students an opportunity to experience peace, devotion and spiritual values in a serene atmosphere. The day inspired students to connect with both creativity and culture in a meaningful way.
The activities made the day engaging, enriching and memorable for all the young participants.

BAL VIHAR CAMP 2026 – Day 2

Day 2 of the BAL VIHAR CAMP at the M.P. Hall was filled with devotion, creativity and joyful participation. Students of Classes I to V enthusiastically presented soulful Bhajans and a graceful Radha-Krishna Dance, spreading spiritual bliss and positivity all around.
The Pre-Primary students enjoyed fun and engaging activities like Hand Shadow Game and Sandwich Making Activity, where they explored creativity, teamwork and learning through play.
The day beautifully reflected the spirit of culture, devotion and happiness, making it a memorable experience for all.

BAL VIHAR CAMP 2026

A joyful and value-based BAL VIHAR CAMP was conducted with special activities for students of Classes I to V at the M.P. Hall. The camp began with Day 1 activities that created a peaceful and devotional atmosphere. Students participated enthusiastically in a refreshing Yoga Session, followed by a heartwarming Matri Puja, where mothers were lovingly offered aarti by their wards as a mark of respect and gratitude. The soulful Bhajan session filled the surroundings with positivity, devotion and divine vibrations.
The Pre-Primary section enthusiastically participated in fun-filled activities like Bhajan session,Dance and Lemonade Making Activity. The camp beautifully blended devotion, culture, creativity and joyful learning, creating memorable experiences for the students and parents alike.

To commemorate the 110th Birth Anniversary Celebration of Swami Chinmayananda, a special programme was conducted at our Vidyalaya.
During the 1st period, the class teachers of Std. 1 to 8 explained Chapter 12 of the Bhagavad Gita in their respective classes, helping students understand the values of devotion, faith and selfless service.
Students of Std. 9 to 12 assembled for the celebration, where a speech highlighting the life and teachings of Gurudev was delivered by Tr. Ritika. Thereafter, Pankaj Sir, Mani Ma’am, Vinita Ma’am, along with our Principal Sir, led the chanting of the shlokas from Chapter 12 of the Bhagavad Gita, and the students joined in with devotion and enthusiasm.
The programme concluded with the offering of flowers to Gurudev as a mark of gratitude and reverence. The celebration inspired everyone to follow the path of wisdom, discipline and service shown by Swami Chinmayananda..

Labour Day is a special occasion to recognise and appreciate the dedication and sincere efforts of those who support our daily lives.
To express gratitude, the Interact Club of Chinmaya Vidyalaya, South Park organised a thanksgiving programme on 1st May 2026. The support staff were warmly honoured for their valuable contributions. Handmade greeting cards and small tokens of love were presented as a mark of respect.
Our Secretary sir and Principal sir appreciated their hard work and encouraged everyone to perform their duties with care and responsibility.
We, the Chinmaya Vidyalaya family, extend our heartfelt thanks to all the workers who make our lives smoother and more comfortable.

On 30th April, RCJ Femina thoughtfully organized an Eye Testing Camp for the students of Class 5 at Chinmaya Vidyalaya, South Park, Bistupur.
The initiative aimed at promoting awareness about eye health and ensuring early detection of vision-related issues among young learners. The students actively participated and benefited from the check-up, making it a meaningful and impactful session.
Such efforts go a long way in nurturing not just bright minds, but also healthy futures.

On the occasion of International World Dance Day, a vibrant and energetic competition was held at our Vidyalaya, showcasing the rich heritage of Indian classical dance forms.
Students of Chinmaya Vidyalaya South Park beautifully choreographed and performed four classical styles—Bharatanatyam secured the first position, followed by Odissi in second place, Manipuri in third and Kathak in fourth.
The performances were graceful, expressive and deeply rooted in tradition, reflecting the dedication of the students.
The entire event at our Vidyalaya was led by tr. Smarika Mishra, whose efforts brought life and elegance to the stage. The occasion was graced by our respected Vice Chairman Sir B. Surendranath sir and Principal Mani Shankar Pathak, making it a memorable and inspiring celebration of art and culture.

Students of Std. XII were blessed to attend two days of enlightening classes on Chapter 3 of the Bhagavad Gita – The Art of Right Action – held on April 29th and 30th in our Vidyalaya. The sessions were conducted by our respected Vice Chairman Sir B. Surendranath in the MP Hall.
Through his insightful guidance, students gained a deeper understanding of Karma Yoga—the path of selfless action, responsibility and dedication without attachment to results. The sessions inspired students to apply these timeless teachings in their daily lives, fostering discipline, clarity and a sense of purpose.
